Buyer agrees to place a $500.00 deposit on a German Shepherd puppy/dog.
____1. Non- Refundable Deposit: Buyer acknowledges that the deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances. Upon receipt of deposit, Breeder agrees to hold said puppy until puppy is weaned, vet checked, cleared and ready for pick up, no earlier than 8 weeks old. The deposit will be made in US dollars paid to the Breeder Via Venmo or Zelle pay or Cash App

Buyer Acknowledgements: Buyer further acknowledges and agrees that (a)Breeder cannot control litter size and wait time for puppies can be longer than expected;(b) the Deposit gives buyer a “pick” places, but does not guarantee a puppy or that Buyer’s preferences will be available while it is Buyer’s turn to pick. (c) pick places are given in order that deposit was received in the male/female category chosen. Buyers place in line is not negotiable unless the male /female choice is not available(e) Breeder can’t and does not guarantee any specific qualities of the said puppy when it becomes an adult.
____3. Buyer’s Right to Transfer; If the said puppy meets Buyer’s identified preferences is not available Buyer may elect to have deposit transferred to the next litter. Buyer’s Deposit may be transferred only two times.
____4. Breeder Right to Refuse/End Sale: Breeder may, at their discretion, cancel this sale if it is found that the buyer is not the right fit for a Bark LC GS puppy. No cause or reason is required to be disclosed. In this case the deposit will be refunded.
